Welcome to the F.L.O. SRL Trial Program – a unique initiative providing hands-on experience to users before committing to a purchase.

At Fall Safe, we understand the importance of testing safety equipment in your actual work environment to ensure it meets your safety standards and operational needs. We also know that when workers trial gear, it increases acceptance and compliance, promoting a stronger safety culture on-site. Additionally, this trial is an opportunity to receive guidance from our fall protection specialists, including solution assistance and usage best practices during the trial period.

Who is it for? The F.L.O. SRL Trial Program is open to a diverse audience, including end-users, businesses, safety managers, health and safety professionals, and all who are passionate about protecting workers at height.

Program Availability: This program is open to U.S. residents only and is intended for safety professionals and workers who perform occupational work at height. Participants must be associated with a legitimate business or job site and provide a valid company email address. SureWerx reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to approving any trial request.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request: Complete the form with your details, including your work email, contact information, and sample product preferences. A Fall Protection Specialist will then be in contact with you. Visit Fall Safe F.L.O. SRL for more details.
2. Receive Your Sample: Once your request is processed, you'll receive a package with a fully ANSI Z359.14-compliant Self-Retracting Lifeline, ready for use at heights. Trial the F.L.O. SRL for up to 60 days. You’ll also receive packaging for returning the product post-trial.
3. Experience the Difference: Put our F.L.O. SRL to the test in your everyday environment. Experience freedom from nuisance lock-ups with our industry-first technology that works with you—not against you. You’ll also benefit from best-in-class Fall Clearance for both overhead and foot-level tie-offs.
4. Post-Trial: After 60 days, a follow-up will be sent with a survey to discover what went well, identify areas of improvement, discuss next steps, and confirm the product’s return.

Trial Responsibilities & Safety Requirements

Participants acknowledge that fall protection equipment must be used only by properly trained and qualified personnel. By participating in this program, users agree to follow all manufacturer instructions, ANSI standards, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.

SRLs must be inspected prior to each use and used strictly in accordance with the product manual. SureWerx is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, modification, or use outside of intended applications.

Return & Condition Policy

Customers are responsible for returning the product.

Trial products must be returned within the 60-day trial period using the provided packaging. All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Products must be returned in acceptable working condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Equipment damaged beyond normal use, modified, lost, or not returned may result in invoicing at full replacement value.

Failure to return the product within the designated trial period may result in billing at full list price.

Eligibility Criteria

• Limit of one F.L.O. trial per company or location.
• Limited to one trial per 12-month period.
• Product survey must be filled out after the trial.
• Customers are responsible for returning the product.
• Program participation is at the sole discretion of SureWerx and is available while supplies last.
• SRLs must be used in accordance with the product manual.
• SureWerx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

By submitting a request, participants agree to be contacted by a Fall Safe or SureWerx representative regarding this trial and related fall protection solutions.

Contact information submitted may be used for follow-up, product support, and sales communication in accordance with SureWerx’s privacy policy.
