SureWerx®, on July 5, 2024 acquired FALL SAFE®. Based in Porto, Portugal, FALL SAFE® is a global leader of critical-use personal protective equipment, specializing in fall protection equipment and systems. Since 2003, the company has been recognized as a category leader and innovator of highly technical and functional safety products for diverse end markets. FALL SAFE® designs and manufactures a wide variety of fall protection safety products including harnesses, self retracting lifelines (SRL’s), descenders, belts, anchors, ropes, lifelines as well as other technical fall protection products including various safety accessories. FALL SAFE® TRAINING, a fully certified training facility helps to train workers at heights from around the globe, complement FALL SAFE® products and equipment.

Over the last 20 years, MEGAComfort has established itself as an international leader in providing ergonomic anti-fatigue insoles in the Occupational Health and Safety Market. Their patented dual layer 100% memory foam insoles were designed by Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Kevan Orvitz. MEGAComfort was founded with one single mission; to provide employees in the workplace with clinically proven, field-tested insoles that increase comfort alongside employee engagement, health, wellness and safety. Throughout the last two decades, MEGAComfort has become the go-to ergonomic solution across multiple industries including warehouse/logistics, automotive manufacturing, food processing, and construction.

Update on Canada’s Best Managed Companies
After being recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the past six years, SureWerx is no longer eligible for Best Managed in 2021 due to SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) restrictions. With Deloitte being the main sponsors of the CBMC program and the main financial auditors of our current ownership TRC (The Riverside Company), SureWerx is ineligible to be recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed, given this conflict of interest. SureWerx looks forward to rejoining Canada’s Best Managed program once this conflict no longer exists.

ADA designs, develops and distributes detectable warning surface and way-finding solutions for the visually impaired that conform to and address federally-mandated guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act. ADA’s products are used on curb ramps, public transit platforms, pedestrian refuge islands, and pedestrian rail crossings, and demand is driven by both public infrastructure and private construction projects.
